8/ART GALLERY/ Tomio Koyama Gallery (Shibuya Hikarie) is pleased to present “Kishio Suga – Photographs and Videos” introducing photographs and video works as well as documentary footage of the “activation (series).” Also, the film “Being and Murder “(1988-99) directed and written by Suga on the occasion of his solo exhibition at Yokohama Museum of Art will be screened on May 31, from 6:30 pm at 8/ COURT (Shibuya Hikarie). The talk event by Taro Amano (Curator in Chief/ Program Director of Yokohama Civic Art Gallery Azamino) who produced the film is given after the show.

In addition, the exhibition “Kishio Suga Expanded Self-Space”(May 25 – June 30, 2018) will be held concurrently at Tomio Koyama Gallery (Roppongi) featuring a selection of approximately 20 latest works by the artist. Furthermore, his metal sculpture is presented in the solo exhibition “Released Existence on Edges” (May 12 – July 4, 2018) at “THE CLUB” art gallery in GINZA SIX (Ginza).
